Building Approval Documents Required

Documents required for building approval submission and plan verification.

Vacant land tax or property tax receipt, document copy, parent document copy and owner name revenue records.

Approved layout copy, regularised order and sketch, survey sketch, TSLR or TNHB order and sketch where applicable.

EC 13 years, passport photos, four-corner site photos with time/date, bank NOC if pledged, Aadhaar and PAN copy.

Estimated Time Building approval is noted as 20 to 30 days after documents are ready.

Copies Required Keep 1 hard copy (xerox) and 1 soft copy (scanned) for submission.

Bank NOC NOC from bank is required if the property is pledged.
